•Lisa is hard working and will do whatever it takes to find you your forever home. I needed to downsize, and Lisa gave me many options to choose from. She is very savvy when it comes to getting you what you want. Her expertise helped me navigate the field of real estate. She would explain my options and let me decide if a place was worthwhile. I was getting a little frustrated because I wanted a single-story home with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. That was a very hard place to find. I could get 2 to 3 bedrooms, but only 1 1/2 bathrooms. If there was a place with that criteria, it was scooped up before I had a chance to bid. I really didn't want a condo because of the restrictions and HOA fees. When she suggested taking a look at this place, I thought why not, it didn't have restrictions or HOA fees. Turns out it was perfect for me. I even met the adjoining neighbor. The neighbor was very nice, and we had a good talk. Put the offer in, I was one of three bidders. Lisa asked the neighbor to put a good word in for me. She did. I was not the highest bidder but bid what I felt was doable. Needless to say, my bid was accepted. I am happy that things turned out the way they did. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for, buying or selling their home.
