Heather helped us with the purchase of our new home and the selling of our old home simultaneously. It was a world that was completely foreign to us. Her patience throughout this process was more than commendable. Heather treated us like we were her only priority. Her "work week" stretched way beyond the traditional Monday through Friday work week. We would often get an update on our computer or a phone call on the weekend which kept the process moving along and calmed our worries. Most of all, Heather conveys herself as a professional who knows her job but understands the feelings and worries of her clients. She treats you like family, wanting the best possible scenarios for all. Her sincerity and positive approach exemplify her trustworthiness. Heather worked diligently through the inspector's list of requests, coordinating estimates and work to be done before closing.
