•Donna was very patient with us as reviewed house after house over a period that stretched over two years. We are not the most savvy home buyers and she was very good about explaining when a property was over priced and when it was a good deal. She would quickly pickup on the quality of the building materials used when upgrades were done and the quality of the workmanship. She was quick to know about property values in the area and market trends. If she says a house won't last long on the market you can trust that it will be gone quickly. Donna was also very good at estimating the cost of repairs. She is very professional and fair. She is not one to try and low ball the seller. She does a lot of analysis to determine a fair offer and that makes the negotiation process a good experience. Donna kept me informed about new listings and would let us know if there was a house that showed much better in person that in the pictures that were available. I don't expect to move again anytime soon, but if we change our mind are first call will be to her.
