•We began looking for houses in April and probably toured nearly 100 homes! Shirley “hung in there” with us and gave us important insight when needed. We will use her again if we are looking for another home and we have given her name to friends.
Listed the house as "coming soon" for a week as we finished up some things in the house. We had over a dozen showings booked the first couple days, multiple bids & under contract within 3 days of going live. Also sold for $15K over list price! Smooth sailing from listing to closing. We just wish we had a couple more houses so we didn't disappoint so many people ---- that was the hardest part. Amy went through all the offers with us and helped guide us through the process, discussing the pros and cons of each offer so we could make an informed decision.
