•An unlikely genesis to our collaboration as flyers in my mailbox rarely make it past the garage trash can. Yet it worked with Natalie. She won out over the three realtors with whom I consulted. She had a very positive attitude and demonstrated an ample command of realty issues. There was good communication of showings schedule and I received an offer in about a week. I was at the end of my rope with the negotiations, but she kept cool and kept me in the game. I'm glad she did! In the meantime, she connected me with a young man that did yard work. The work he did for me was well beyond my expectation. It made a tremendous improvement on my back yard landscape. What a difference a year makes! I listed last Summer with zero luck. natalie is my hero!
