•My wife and I were looking for our first home with no agent. We checked out a few for sale by owners with no luck. My wife set up an appointment to check out a house and Zach was one of the first people to give us a call. He was timely, on top of getting us updates, friendly, and a real go getter. We loved the house he showed us and immediately put an offer in that was accepted almost immediately. We found no issues with the inspection, and the rest of the deal went smoothly. Zach was very communicative throughout the process, even letting us know about multiple pieces of furniture that the previous owner was leaving for us. Even after settling in, Zach reached out to make sure we were satisfied with our new home. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who is interested in buying a house, but especially to those who are buying their first. Thanks again, Zach!
