“Trust the process” -Adam (listen to him!)

We started looking for a new house a few months ago because for both us it was just time. This house is both my and my husbands second house we’ve purchased in our lives, but the first time that we’ve purchased one together, so this was a new experience for both of us. I’ll be honest… Buying a house is not for the faint of heart. It’s stressful, time consuming, and mentally taxing… but when you have a real estate that helps you along so completely with the buying process, it makes things so much easier and better. We’ve worked with Adam since the beginning and the number of times that he was right about so many things has astounded us both. He helped us hone our criteria to find a house that will suit our needs, kept us realistic about expectations for house price points and physical location, set us up for PERFECT house search, and honestly helped us set up an amazing deal that a seller just couldn’t look past. His knowledge was not only a timesaver, but also a sanity saver for both of us. Adam even put us in touch with mortgage lender that ended up being a freaking rockstar. Through that contact, it helped us close our end of the deal in legit record time (we went from accepted bid to closing/possession in ~2 weeks!!), and in the end the rate was substantially better compared with all the other companies we were pre-approved through. Some things that were markedly different from the last time I bought a house to this time - Adam actually listened to our preferences, he was very available to communicate and replied extremely quickly, and in the end he just flat out advocated for us as a couple, in general. We are currently in the process of selling our house though Adam as well. From point A to Z, Adam Zettel has walked us through the process step-by-step. He got us an amazing price for our house, and are set to close (fingers crossed without a hitch) in two weeks. The selling process has been as amazing as the buying process, if not more.
