The Luxion Home Team was phenomenal from the start. From our first meeting, Victoria had strategies in place to sell our house quickly and at maximum value. Before our meeting, she had researched trends in our neighborhood and put together a list of comparables to show the fair market value of our home and was able to present us with the information during that very first meeting. We were very impressed with the amount of time Victoria and her team had already taken on our home before we had even met and signed with them. Max was a great help in getting our home staged for the pictures, and the photographer made our home look great. We received multiple offers within the first weekend of our house being on the market, and John worked hard behind the scenes to create a spreadsheet to make everything easy to view and compare. Angie was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process answering any questions that we had. She always made sure to keep us in the loop at all times and kept the process moving forward with no delays.
