My wife and I worked with Brandy in both the purchase of our current home in 2017, and our new home here in 2021. Brandy essentially did all she could to make searching for a home as easy and personable as it possibly could be, considering the sellers market we are currently experiencing in the area. During the house-hunting phase, we were made aware of any issues of homes we looked at (like foundation issues, or other signs of problems), as well as notable positives of homes that we may not have been aware of (2 story garage, or a well finished home). Working with Brandy was so positive our boys looked forward to when we'd have a day to go look at houses. Once we found our new home, Brandy (and by extension, Victoria and team) made the purchasing process as easy as possible on their part.
