My husband and I live out of state but wanted to buy a condo in Delaware to be close to our first grandchild so we could visit more often. I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with Nancy as our agent. She was always very responsive to questions and was very flexible with our schedule when planning tours and things. She was great at finding homes that fit our needs and budgets to show us. Once we got into the offer phase Nancy had a wonderful library of connections to help with setting up the inspection, and then with getting people for necessary repairs. Nancy fully went to bat for us in negation on repairs to make sure we got the home in the best condition possible and continued to be helpful and informative with setting up utilities and arranging closing.
