We couldn't have been happier with the experience we had with Beatrice!

We had the unique circumstances of being first time homebuyers, in the military, searching for a home while living overseas, during the pandemic... Needless to say, we were a handful for any realtor. After having a not so great experience with the first realtor we worked with, we were recommended to Beatrice by a friend of a friend. Quickly we felt that we were in good hands. Beatrice was reviewing homes for us in great detail and sending us video tours of the homes we were interested in. She was honest with us the whole way and would tell us immediately if she thought a home wasn't the right fit for us, regardless of how excited we thought we were for it. We were not big budget buyers, yet Beatrice made us feel as though we were her only clients! We were in the peak of a crazy market and when we were ready to give up, Beatrice pulled through and found us a home that met all of our needs. She moved quickly with paperwork and even fought on our behalf when paperwork on the loan side of the house would get held up. I could go on and on with positive things to say! Bottom line; Beatrice is a professional willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. After working with her we are happy to say we have gained a friend!

We are a military couple that was stationed overseas and as first time home buyers, we had a lot of anxieties and questions regarding the process. Beatrice not only eased our nerves but she made us feel like we were a million dollar buyer. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very personable. She was always in constant communication even with having to deal with us remotely. She’s the type that would go above and beyond as it shows in her hustle and tenacity in getting us into a home. She is a power house! And we are so glad to have chosen her because even with the crazy housing market and the timeline that we had, her hard work led us to find our home.
