Chris and the Realty Group One worked hard for us from start to finish. Our house sold in absolute record time and he dedicated a large amount of time to find us our new home - which in this crazy market has been no easy task. He fought for the best deals for us and gave us great advice, guiding us each step of the way. To top it off, on the day of closing when our help to move abandoned us, they found us help and were able to get us out of our old house and into the new one. With COVID and more strict guidelines, USDA final approval was a challenge! Chris and his team were amazing and persistent. When my wife and I were considering to move south to be near family, I was up in the air about moving, packing and getting the house ready but I contacted Wendy to have her come over and look around and give me feedback. She was so professional and thorough in the way she explained the whole process and go over all the paperwork as well as being reassuring that would calm my nerves. In the long run there was nothing to be nervous about. When I had any questions, she would call or text me back within 5 to 10 minutes.
