Wendy represented me as a buyer in what started as a normal transaction but became exceptionally complicated when the Seller couldn’t close one day before the scheduled closing day. This is when I learned about Wendy’s skilled business acumen. I had my movers, truck and time off from work all scheduled to align with this day, anticipating a move from one state to another and a delay would have been a disaster. Wendy was able to quickly negotiate a solution with the seller’s agent producing an additional agreements to get me into the house without having to cancel the truck and days off under the pressure of less than a day. At the final walk through we found that the seller’s movers had yanked the refrigerator line away from the wall, causing flooding in the kitchen and basement, and once again she went to work to making sure they fixed the problem before we closed within hours. The saying “When the goings get tough, the tough get going” comes to mind when I think of how Wendy handled these challenging situations. She went to bat for me 110% every time there was an issue and I always felt like she had my best interest in mind. She was completely capable of solving the problems as they came along.
