When my wife and I were considering to move south to be near family, I was up in the air about moving, packing and getting the house ready but I contacted Wendy to have her come over and look around and give me feedback. She was so professional and thorough in the way she explained the whole process and go over all the paperwork as well as being reassuring that would calm my nerves. In the long run there was nothing to be nervous about. When I had any questions, she would call or text me back within 5 to 10 minutes.
