Selling a home can be a huge stressor but Barbie made it easy! The listing photos turned out fabulous and the app used for showing the house made it easy on me as the homeowner to pop in and out as needed with plenty of advanced notice. I also appreciated the open house she set up to draw in more attention to the home.

During the negotiations they were professional & savvy. I felt so lucky to have such a seasoned team on our side. No nonsense, firm but always friendly. Our experience was dare I say fun? I liked I could look at the house knowing Rob was checking out anything that could have caused concern & Barbie was right next to me there to answer every question I had. She was ready with sellers agreements & always prepared for anything coming our way. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone & will. Only complaint is I wish we could keep working together. Forever grateful for them.

Barbie and Rob were very good. Barbie responded almost immediately to our inquiry online. We set up an appointment. They sent lots of informative emails. The place we ended up buying came on the market the morning we had our appointments, and they were able to get us a showing that day. It had been thirty years since we’ve purchased a house, and they guided us through the entire process. Rob has even offered to be there for deliveries, etc, as we have not relocated yet. Overall, this is a couple we would like to have dinner with and get to know better!
