•Where to begin…Brandon is still holding our hand throughout this process weeks after we have closed on our house because he wants even our remodel to be as seamless as possible. He must have looked at 45 houses with us and was the most knowledgeable realtor about Miami real estate, the general market, which areas we would like etc. He even spent days showing us houses in areas he knew we wouldn’t like just to ensure that we could check those areas off the list, and deeply wanted to understand our “vibe”- which he did. Brandon managed to make every wild request we had happen including “hey, can we see this house in 1 hour, this other house tomorrow at 2pm, and this other one at 9pm” and he would somehow charm everyone and everywhere enough to make it happen for us and our crazy schedules!! We finally closed on a house for $11 million which was $2 million under what it last sold for thanks to Brandons ability to negotiate. He is now continuing to hold our hand through finding interior designers, contractors, flooring companies, audio visual companies and getting us rates we never could have gotten on our own. He has made an otherwise stressful process so enjoyable that I feel like no review can do justice to how great Brandon is as a realtor and human in general. If you get the chance to work with him to buy or sell a home, consider yourself very fortunate.
