•I can not say enough about Meghan. She is the most personable and knowledgeable person to work with. She made selling and buying a house enjoyable. She is very experienced and with her law background, she brings to the table things that your average realtor can not. She represented my husband and I on both sides of our sales. She did an incredible job marketing our property so that it sold quickly and we received an offer better than expected. As our buyers representative, she was instrumental in finding the perfect house as soon as it came on the market and in successfully getting our offer accepted over others. I have already recommended her to several people and will use her in all future real estate transactions.
Amazing, she is a miracle worker. She came over and made our house look amazing through some small changes, hired the best photographer, listed and sold it in 24 hours for full-ask. She is honest, empathetic, nonstop, and brilliant. She has so much expertise in the area along with a law background that helps with the paperwork and questions we had. I can't say enough positive things about her.
