As a New Yorker, I was skeptical about entrusting my dream home ventures to someone thousands of miles away, but after the first conversation with Thomas, the energy that he possessed, his detailed explanation ensuring that I understood every concept of what buying a house entailed convinced me to give him a try. This new found trust was not in vain, his dedication in traveling literally hundreds of miles doing virtual tours of houses we were interested in, his late night reports and submission of bids after doing a total breakdown for us on what the pros and cons of buying this house would be proved that this man was a rock star in his field. He even complemented his sale with follow up tips and answers questions that a new home owner may have. Thomas was always readily available and willing to show us any property and never seemed to push anything on us that we didn't need or want. He was always open and honest with his recommendations and if something was off or would cost a lot to fix he was always quick to answer and not beat around the bush. During negotiations he was able to decrease the asking price for our property by 10k, get 5k in closing and close in a rather unreasonable amount of time. I couldn't recommend him enough.
