The ultimate agent

What can I say, Johnny is one of those overachiever who treat every aspect of the home purchasing as a craft and a trust building vehicle. I can't remember how many time he had given me brutally honest opinion on properties that I was interested in, which saved me from several impulsive purchases. He is not about getting commissions at all, real estate is his craft, stewardship is at his heart. Though with the warmest demeanor, he would strategize carefully when approaching the deal then fight ferociously get the deal close while saving every possible penny for me. I never had a experience with any agent that when a deal close, seller agent, loan officer and escrow all told me it was great working with Johnny. In a nutshell, seeing him working you will be convinced as I was that he would be successful in any profession he chooses.
