•Working with Kyle was truly a top-tier experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process, and Kyle made everything feel approachable, manageable, and honestly far less stressful than we expected. What stood out most was his communication. He consistently kept us in the loop at every step and made sure we always understood what was happening and what came next. We never felt left in the dark, and it always felt like he was genuinely on our team and advocating for our best interests. Kyle also did an incredible job negotiating on our behalf and fighting for terms that made sense for us. At no point did we feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into decisions. We always felt supported and trusted that he had our best interests in mind, which made such a difference during a process that can otherwise feel overwhelming. As first-time buyers, we especially appreciated how educational he was. He took the time to explain things clearly and answer questions without ever making us feel inexperienced or uninformed. He struck the perfect balance of guiding us while still empowering us to make decisions confidently. We also hit a small hiccup when our property appraisal came in lower than expected and impacted our loan, but Kyle was already prepared with solutions and helped navigate the situation so smoothly that we never felt major stress or tension on our side as buyers. We genuinely loved working with Kyle and couldn’t recommend him more. Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having someone trustworthy, communicative, and truly in your corner makes all the difference. We will absolutely be working with him again for our next home.
