We worked with Brian during the sale of our house on Boca Grande and I am pleased we did. He was engaged, courteous, and professional throughout; all of which were particularly necessary because we were conducting the sale from another state. Brian was quite literally our eyes and ears, with a willingness to be on site whenever the situation warranted. The negotiation was fairly long and tedious which Brian was able to keep moving forward with tact and care. Going the extra mile is a worn expression but in this instance it is aptly applied. The communication was excellent and his attitude unfailingly upbeat. I would unequivocally recommend Brian and have him represent me in any future real estate transactions.

It was a pleasure working with Brian during the sale of our house. He is courteous, professional, and attentive. That we were not living in the house during the listing process made all of these qualities even more essential. He was our eyes and ears throughout and facilitated whatever needed to be done during that time; always communicating and being on site when necessary. Brian helped us purchase a vacation home in the extremely competitive market of Boca Grande and under time pressure given that it was a 1031 transaction. Friends referred him to us as "the best in Boca" and he definitely earned the title. He was on top of a market that changed daily, sometimes hourly. He was confident, professional, patient and kind (and we often had our infant and two year old in tow!). He helped us negotiate an amazing purchase price just before the market took a huge uptick. Brian even kept our toddler son entertained with matchbox cars at the closing AND came to our rescue when we accidentally set off the alarm at the place a little later that day. One additional note - this was not our first vacation home purchase in Boca, and the difference between our last transaction and this one was night and day. Brian treated this deal as if it were his own. We can not recommend Brian highly enough

We were new to the Boca Grande area. Brian primed us on different options via internet before our visit. Upon our arrival, he showed us many homes in different neighborhoods, including some off the island. He was very responsive and we found a home that met our needs during the one week we were visiting the area. Our new home exceeds our expectations. Brian walked us through the settlement process and arranged everything in our absence. We are novices at buying real estate and Brian made us feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Brian has gone out of his way to be helpful with home inspections and walk throughs. We would definitely work with him again. He comes with our highest recommendation.

My wife and I have been long time owners in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota. One day we crossed the bridge to Gaspariila and feel in love with the place. We found a house near the beach that was for sale, grabbed the flyier. Thankfully for us it was a house that Brian Corcoran was handling. Within an hour, Brian had picked us up and had several houses to show us...totally no pressure, low key...did not feel like we were being a burden and also did not feel a gun-to-our-head to make a transaction. We looked at several houses, condos, etc. Brian's knowledge of the island was fantastic. We eventually settled on a house, 406 steps to the beach. Brian was extremly helpful post-closing, going above and beyond to help us find insurance agents, house cleaners, home watch people...even helped us buy a golf cart ( as that is how eveyone gets around on the island). I have bought and sold many homes in my 50+ years on this planet and have never been so impressed as I have been with Brian and his team.
