Communication was good, professional

My agent was professional, I chose Sarah because she had bought and sold many homes in my area, who better to know the people and area. Sarah came to 98% of all showing to give the features of home, the area, lake and boat basin access information. Etc. My complaint was with buyer. Buyer was an agent ,but never identified himself as an agent until he made an offer. Now I was put in predicament of a lower price and paying a commission to this buyer. I felt his tactic was unethical and should have been presented at first showing. I don’t believe he should have gotten a commission if he didn’t represent himself at first walk through as an agent. Sarah my agent never knew this information either until the day he made an offer.
