Working with Tommy Nguyen made the home buying process an absolute delight! He guided us through everything and always had us prepared for the next steps in the process. He explained everything that was happening and what forms we were signing. Tommy was very open throughout the process and kept in constant communication. He also updated us on what the sellers wanted by way of keeping in close communication with their agent. This was also a very educational experience. Tommy encouraged us to ask as many questions as we could to get the most thorough understanding of something before moving forward. He was never pushy and encouraged us to make the best decisions for us. He backed our play while also educating us on how to best navigate situations where other buyers may have made things more difficult on themselves one way or another.
