I would like to express how wonderful Samantha Lennon was. My parents moved back to Delaware 4 years ago and she went above and beyond helping them search for a home in Delaware. This time we were selling my father's house due to his death and everyone told me I could sell the house myself but I know I would contact Samantha to list the house. The pictures were beautiful and she was wonderful handing everything for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is a very nice person.

Samantha Enderle is excellent at what she does and is such a pleasure to work with! She sells our properties quickly and spares us all the stress. She's always available to answer our calls and texts and is always on top of all the "stuff" that makes the sale happen, from beginning to end, keeping us updated along the way. And always with a smile. Although our houses are inexpensive, Sam always makes us feel like we're a priority (even though she's probably juggling many other clients at the same time) and works just as hard for us as she does everyone else. Samantha is the best and we love working with her and can't wait to sell another one with her in October. We can't thank her enough for all her help and for making the sales go so smoothly for us.

With being a new homeowner, Angela did a great job with educating and providing the necessary guidance to make this process as easy as possible. Communication was excellent! I would send her random houses throughout the day and she would set up walk throughs within the next 24 hrs. Her positivity even when we lost a house or didn't like a specific house helped to keep pushing through. I would absolutely recommend her or possibly use her again for any future real estate adventures.
