Got the job done!

Brian sold our house after my wife and I had previously gone through other agents, over a period of several months, who were doing little more than listing the house on MLS and Zillow and working on other more lucrative closings or unrelated side businesses. Brian was committed to getting the house sold and we closed before the end of the year with an owner-occupant and didn't have to take a loss by selling to a bank or REIT company in this turbulent and inflated market. We would definitely recommend Brian if you are trying to get your house sold at market value.
