I started this process knowing absolutely nothing about home buying which brought me immense anxiety and many sleepless nights. I knew we had to buy a house soon but truly dreaded the thought of it. And by some wonderful happenstance, Kim was the one that reached out to me first to help guide me. I was met with a warmth and eagerness that for the first time made me realize - I can do this!
