•I highly recommend Victor's service. My wife and I came from California looking for a house in Austin. After visiting several properties from different neighborhoods, we finally decided to live in the East Side, but no house fitted our criteria. We end up finding a house that was under construction, and this allowed us to make lots of modifications. Victor was the owner/agent of the property. The construction took over 6 months, and throughout that time I visited the property every other day to see the progress and meet Victor, I also exchanged 500+ emails, made 30+ calls, and sent 25+ text messages to him. So, I would say that I am more than qualified to provide a review :D. Victor is a very trustworthy person, I was not only able to attest that, but this is something that you can feel after having a short conversation with him. He showed me the architectural plan and also provided sketches to help me create a vision of the house. He then introduced me to the builder, who kindly answered all my questions about the construction. Victor managed to satisfy our requests and proposed good solutions for problems that emerged. He is also quite a proactive and organized person, who made sure that we were on track to select the house finishes. Victor is diligent and hard-worker, not only did he build my house but he built 3 other houses at the same time. For all these reasons, I recommend anyone to do business with Victor.
