Diana is a consummate realtor: professional, knowledgeable, and competent. What sets her apart, however, is that she truly listens and has compassion and understanding for the angst and anxiety her client is experiencing. Lets face it, buying or selling a home can be very traumatic and nerve racking. Our sales experience hit all the bumps from pricing in a buyers market to buyers giving remodeling advice to suit their individual tastes, to an alleged buyer backing out at the 11th hour. All the while Diana was there calming our frazzled nerves and assuring us that a qualified buyer was out there with an acceptable offer and she will get them to a close. Her staging advice was spot on as was her optimism. We found a buyer near our price. There was a hitch at closing with our buyer’s buyer needing more time. This meant we had to travel out of State to the closing on our new home before closing on our old home. No worry; Diana supervised the prep and cleanup of our house and the buyer’s walk through. Beyond these details Diana was a confidant and friend. We could not have asked for or gotten better representation anywhere else. With that in mind, my wife and I are confident in saying anyone who wants a true real estate pro who cares for and has empathy with her clients can do no better than engaging Diana Leung.
