Highly knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with agent

Malinda Terreri is one of the most competent, hardworking, dedicated real estate agents that I have encountered since deciding to sell my investment properties in 2025. I used several other real estate agents prior to contacting Ms. Terreri and none came close to matching her enthusiastic, systematic approach to marketing my property. After being contacted by numerous so-called cash offers to buy as is, I quickly discovered that none of these “buyers” were going to give me a serious offer. They all wanted to low ball me. When I contacted Ms. Terreri, she immediately ran a detailed comp analysis on my property to give me an idea of what the market value of the property could be. It was much higher than I expected it to be based on the assessor’s valuation and Zillow’s estimate. During the sale process, I was out of town on a previously scheduled cruise that compromised my ability to complete renovation work on the property. However, Ms. Terreri coordinated the final repairs with a contractor and arranged for county housing inspector to inspect (and pass) the property during my absence. Also, while I was away, Ms. Terreri successfully sold the property for 7.5% above the asking price and we completed the sale while I was away in Europe. The sale closing occurred upon my return and was concluded without any issues whatsoever. I am looking forward to working with Ms. Terreri again on my other properties.
