I’m going to say Dave Luzi is a “wizard” when it comes to Litchfield County Real Estate. Since he grew up in this area; he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table when you’re making your decision to buy or sell real estate. He helped me in buying my house as well as selling my house here in Litchfield. His vast knowledge in real estate made these transactions fully seamless and I would highly recommend him for any real estate transactions in this area.

We moved to the area in May of 2024 and decided to rent while looking for the right home. My landlord referred me to Heather knowing that I was looking for a personable realtor who was very familiar with the area. Heather did not disappoint and was very kind and patient with our needs.
