My husband and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team! What stood out to us most was that they weren’t just focused on selling us a house; they genuinely wanted to help us find the right home for us. Their knowledge and experience were invaluable throughout the entire process. As we looked at different homes, they offered honest advice, pointed out things we might not have thought to look for, helped us recognize potential issues, and guided us in making decisions that were truly in our best interest. One of the things that makes them such a great team is how well they complement each other’s strengths. From showing homes and negotiating to writing offers and coordinating with our mortgage lender, they worked seamlessly together. They were also wonderful about explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood things we might not have otherwise known or considered. Beyond their knowledge and professionalism, they are genuinely caring, personable people who made us feel like more than just clients. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart, and that kind of trust means everything when making such a big life decision. We are so grateful we had them guiding us through the process and absolutely love our new home. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My wife and I bought our first home with team vierling and they made it as great of an experience as it could possibly be. I was very worried about the process getting started hearing just horror stories from everyone I spoke to about home buying and they took all of that stress away. They both are very thorough and knowledgeable about the entire process. Every question we had not only had an answer but a fast answer. When it came to the paper work portion they went above and beyond, they explained every single document and the reasons for it which was incredibly helpful. They kept us updated every step of the way and provided professional guidance while letting us still be in control, we were always given options for every decision that needed made. I cannot recommend them enough to anybody who is ready to purchase a home whether it be for the first time or anytime they will take good care of you. It was an absolute pleasure having them represent us and I look forward to hopefully do it again later in life, thank you again Karl and Jen!

Karl and Jenn are true professionals. They knew so much about how to get our old home ready to sell and how to be seen. They also helped with all the negotiations that had to be done as we navigated the process. They also answered every question we had and were never to busy for us. They know how to negotiate and are kind, pleasant and honest!
