The winter of 2019 was the first time I was introduced to Lugean. Imagine receiving a phone call out of the blue from a couple in Iowa wanting to come down to the Crystal Coast and look at properties. Lugean spent all day Friday showing us properties. She spent that Saturday answering all our questions, and first thing Sunday morning before our flights left prepared an offer on a property for us. This was my first experience to one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met in my life. Lugean is not just a realtor, she is a kind, and compassionate individual that wants your real estate purchase to be one of the most memorable experiences of your life. Since 2019 we have purchased, and sold, and built a new home. Through the years she has always been by our side. She has become part of our family of close friends. Our kids even ask about Lugean and how she is doing from time to time. This last purchase / construction she made the experience seem so easy and enjoyable; even being halfway across the country. Lugean, thank you for your utmost professionalism, your unbelievable knowledge and connections to help when anything comes up, but most importantly, thank you for being such a kind soul an amazing friend over the years.
