Sharon is without a doubt the absolute best real estate agent you could possibly have by your side! She's not just trying to sell you a house or trying to make money off of you. She will be your best friend, your ride or die during the whole process. She'll be very honest and up front about everything. Trust her if she says something seems...off about a property, neighborhood, or a company because she will be right. And her communication is top notch! She will answer any questions you have asap and she keeps in constant contact as things are happening. I highly recommend to use her preferred title company and mortgage broker as they are worth it! Sharon expertly guided us in buying a HUD home( a government owned house so it's a tedious process), and helped us immensely when we had to fire our first mortgage broker less than 2 weeks out from closing (we would have had to walk away from this house because of extremely inaccurate closing costs estimates, IF they had even been able to meet the deadline, which they busted our first closing date and didn't inform us that was going to happen). She recommended a mortgage broker that she has worked with on numerous occasions and they pulled off a miracle for us at a better rate and lower closing costs. I will be forever thankful for Sharon and the people she recommended!
