First time selling a home. Overall good experience working with Jason and Amy. They did a good job listing the home, getting it showings and feedback. Jason was knowledgeable with market trends and what needed to happen to get it sold. The market is tough and they got the job done.
Experience was evident. I was very comfortable with the entire process from the beginning of my house search from out of town. Amy provided enormous help with being available for all aspects of the requests for estimates, etc.
We were connected with Amy by our Realty One selling agent in WA. We were relocating from out of state with two small children and a business. Amy dedicated so much time to showing us options. Once we found the right house, Amy went above and beyond in getting it to close including helping coordinate local vendors for our inspections/water testing and ensuring the seller was fulfilling their commitments prior to close. Also as a new mom to the area, Amy made sure I had recommendations to all the necessary resources. She helped connect me with folks in her network as I was looking for a job. She seriously went so far above and beyond the standard duties of a realtor. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with her and look forward to hopefully doing more business with her in the future!
Jason was a professional in every aspect from the first day we had a meeting to discuss the sale of the property until the day we closed. He was always in touch and guided me through the process in each stage of the sale. He was spot on in his analysis of the area and what the expectations should be in todays market. He was honest and that is very hard to find these days in any profession. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Prescott Arizona Area as he is a very talented real estate agent and takes the time to listen to his clients need. I never had to worry about anything after our initial conversation because he took care of everything. Jason is a great realtor. Coming from out of state, we knew nothing about the area. Jason took my husband and I all around town, showing us the various different neighborhoods and telling us about the pros and cons of each area. He truly listened to what we wanted in our new home. He along with his wife Amy spent an entire day with us. With their help we found the perfect lot and home. Jason and Amy have also been excellent with giving us referrals for needed contractors and professionals.

Our experience with Amy was amazing! She is a true professional and adds so much personality to the difficult process of finding a home. We met just before Memorial Day 2021 and she stuck with us through lots of home visits, offers, communications state-to-state while we were selling our home and moving to the Prescott area. She also supported us through the devastation of losing out on multiple offers, and kept us moving forward. We finally settled on a home in February 2022, and she and Jason stood by us until everything was wrapped up. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent us.
