If you are looking for someone who knows the real estate business and can give timely and professional advice, I recommend Susan Lehman. Susan was always available for our questions and she always guided us in the right direction with her answers. She was always there for us giving us advice on everything from repairs that need to be made, to staging our home, and recommending workmen and contractors that that we could contact to do the finish work to get our house ready to sell. She was able to clearly explain each step of the process from preparing the house to closing. If/when there was a potential problem that popped up she was available to explain the the problem and present possible solutions. Through this process we found a friend that was reliable and trustworthy. She treated us as with the dignity and respect she would have given to her own family.
