Selling two houses and buying another in six months is a complex task, but Lacey excelled every step of the way. She was always available for questions even after hours. We would definitely recommend Team Lehman AZ to family and friends. Thanks so much!
Highly Recommend! Lacey was fantastic to work with. She goes above and beyond with her marketing, was easy to communicate with, held multiple open houses each weekend and was very honest about how to approach any offers that we received. In the end we got a full price offer even in a slower market.
The sale of my home had some bumps with Buyers to say the least. Through it all, Lacey was professional and so patient. When a buyer cancelled a deal at the last possible moment, Lacey was on the phone with others that had put in a bid on the home. I had 3 offers within 24 hours of that cancellation. My home closed because of Lacey's determination and out of the box thinking. Can't say enough how much I appreciate her in this Buyers' market.
Ms. Lehman was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first conversation, Ms. Lehman’s professionalism and market expertise was evident and truly put us at ease. What stood out most was her timely and valuable communication. She was incredibly responsive, always keeping us in the loop as to the status of showings, listing price adjustments (when/if necessary) market trends, and the overall progress of our listing. This was especially crucial and appreciated as we were selling this property and were working with a title company that eviscerated the whole escrow and complicated matters unnecessarily. Ms. Lehman stuck with it, got a new escrow company (Pioneer Title) who handled it very professionally and kept everyone focused until the escrow closed. Ms. Lehman not only accepted these challenges, but she went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We were particularly impressed with her knowledge of the market and her successful marketing strategies. She advised us how to be most successful in our pricing, our advertising, and the overall sale of this property. Ms. Lehman’s understanding of the Phoenix housing market and her ability to communicate with her clients sets her apart from others in the industry. We had frequent communication (texting, calling, and emailing) from her and she was extremely timely in her responses to us when we had questions. Even in a down market, she never quit. She was constantly assessing ways to move this property and get the deal done, which she did. Ms. Lehman and her staff should most definitely be considered when needing to buy or sell property. She has the knowledge, the drive, the expertise, the dedication, and the attributes that will make the process much easier. Her dedication to her clients is unparalleled and was certainly appreciated. We can’t recommend Ms. Lehman highly enough.
Lacey and team Lehman are some of the best real estate groups you can find. I have relied on twice now for finding a home and this time around selling and buying and both have been amazing experiences. Great communication, education on the processes and having someone in your corner to get the best outcome. Highly recommend Lacey and her team if you are looking for someone to help either sell or buy a home!
Lacey and Drew are an outstanding team. They succeeded in selling a challenging property where other agents had not.
Working with Lacey and Drew Lehman and their team was truly a blessing during one of the most difficult times for our family. After the passing of my mother, we were faced with the overwhelming task of selling her home. From the very beginning, Lacey and Drew stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and a true sense of leadership that made all the difference. They didn’t just guide us—they took the lead. Lacey and Drew handled every detail with confidence and care, from preparing the home for market to navigating each step of the process. Their team was just as incredible—organized, communicative, and always a few steps ahead. We always felt supported and informed. Thanks to Lacey and Drew's dedication and expertise, the home closed smoothly and faster than we ever expected. We are beyond grateful—not only for the outcome, but for the peace of mind they gave us throughout. During such a personal and emotional time, that meant everything. I cannot recommend Team Lehman AZ enough. If you're looking for someone who will handle your home sale with excellence, heart, and unmatched professionalism, Lacey and Drew are the one.
I have been working with Drew for about 3 1/2 - 4yrs now to find a house. He is committed to helping his clients find the right house, not just trying to sell one. His knowledge of the real estate market is extensive, and he is always there if you have questions whether by phone, text or email. The really do care about their clients!I would definitely recommend Team Lehman Az!
This is the second time Ira has been my agent in the last year. This time he sold my house expertly, in a challenging market, with me being located in a different state. He planned the marketing and listing phase to maximize the appearance of the house, including the use of professional photos. He was steady, calm, and professional with buyers' agents during the showing process. He kept me up to date weekly with an analysis of competitive listings related to my listing. He consulted with me about the best strategies to use as the listing progressed through several months. His best expertise was negotiating the contract, and facilitating the inspection phase, including the necessary repairs. I couldn't imagine using a different agent!
We were looking for a home from out of state. He went out of his way to be available and spent time traveling to several communities to help us find what was right for us. He was informed on each community & did not try to show us homes we would not be interested in. Our overall experience was absolutely five star. He gave us information on financing institutions and was available and guided us through every step of the process.
We had our house listed for over a year with another agent. Team Lehman came on the first of April. They identified improvements that were needed, which we took care of, and marketed our home with a new vision. They provided us with biweekly updates and had a clear and open communication throughout the process. We closed on our house today and couldn't be happier Thank you to Drew and Lacey for exceptional service.
I bought and sold a house in a very difficult market with Lacey Lehman and she was excellent every step of the way. She was always looking out for the best interest of we the clients. Her knowledge of the industry was top notch from begging to end. Thanks!
