Ira has been wonderful. We met with him personally while we spent three weeks in Arizona in January. He took us around to see several homes in different areas so he had a good idea of what we were looking for. We decided on one area but we didn't find anything before we left to go back to Minnesota. Meanwhile, he was sending us links to homes for sale in the area we liked. When we found one we might be interested in, he went to the house and took us on a Facetime tour and gave us his opinion. After looking at several homes, we finally bought one, even though we hadn't seen it in person yet but we feel very confident it'll be just what we were looking for. We felt like he was family.
