Their primary objective is to train and empower those they work with — sellers, buyers or other real estate professionals. Additionally, they maintain a high level of integrity in all they do. They don’t cut corners for expediency and do everything “by the book.” Both women are highly trained coaches, which enables them to help their clients and associates define and clarify their objectives and then achieve them. They value their relationships with others, both within and without the real estate industry. They love when clients respond to their social media posts, when they receive holiday cards from them and especially when they ask for help with a real estate question or issue. We respect other agents, both those with Team Impressa LLC and those at other brokerages. A good portion of our business has been referred to us by current and former agents who respect our capabilities and expertise. This is important because it illustrates the level of confidence and trust that they have in our capacity to handle trusted clients. We also receive referrals from local real estate attorneys, mortgage originators, and other real estate vendors who value to the ability to work together to pull even the most difficult transaction together. We have powerful relationships with these professionals and this serves our clients well. We have spent a lot of time learning the many aspects of our craft — negotiation, process, market analysis, property valuation, local conditions, etc. If we don’t immediately know the answer to a situation, we know where to obtain help. Our primary focus is always our clients and their needs. We get great joy in helping them achieve their dreams.
