John was very polite, considerate and professional. It has been a long road. We have some health issues and John has been patient and understanding. He accommodated our needs and made himself available whenever we asked. If we had questions he would get back to us the same day with the answers. John would help us in obtaining what was due us in the purchase. John's follow up with us on the house search was key as we were out of state mostly looking online in a rather expansive area. With that John was asked to set up house showings that were rather far away from his usual requests. He never said he couldn't do that and always tried to accommodate our time frames. We have worked with other agents in the past and John has provided the best customer service we have had. Thank you John
