I found Christine through local Facebook group. She has helped me buy and sell a home. She was also the agent for my daughter’s new home. She responds quickly, has all the answers and will work very hard for you whether you’re the buyer or seller. I was selling my house earlier year. I called her early on Monday, she was at my house at noon, had photographer with camera and video and drone at the house at 5:00 that same day. Listing went live at 10:00 am the desk day and I had 2 offers by 3:30 and 4 showings. I had a signed contract, over the asking price, 2 days later. I don’t think another agent would have been so conscientious, so enthusiastic, so knowledgeable, or easy to work with.

Christine jumped into action the moment we found a home we wanted to purchase and needed to list ours. She had every contact imaginable on speed dial! Christine had our property pressure washed, professional photos taken and our listing online in less than 48 hours. We had an open house 24 hours after listing. A cleaning crew was out to our new home before we moved in. All these companies and individuals who were available so quickly was a true testament to how easy and great Christine is to work with! We had a few hiccups along the way (would it be a real estate transaction without any?!) but she kept us right on track. We closed on our new house on time and are looking forward to handing over the keys to our buyers in a few days!
Since I moved out of Florida 15 years ago, I wasn't sure who to contact about selling my home in Lakeland. My daughter had just purchased a home through Christine and was very pleased. From the day I met Christine the whole process was like clockwork. She was very knowledgeable on the market in my area. She also had wonderful ideas on improvements that would help to get more out of my home. She had great contractors who were very professional and respectful. All she had to do was make a phone call and they were there. She always kept me informed and answered any questions I had.
