Christine took my listing for a great in-town lot and ran with it when other agents wanted me to do lots of soil studies, designs, etc which would cost me $$. Instead, Christine priced the lot perfectly, took great pictures, and highlighted the assets of the property to attract the right buyer. We received three offers and ultimately closed on the property at 95% of the list price, which was about 40% higher than I expected!

Christine was great to begin with, she did an awesome job. However on the last day of our transaction she completely gave up. Barely had any communication when something was broken in the house, mind you we had already left the state. She barely communicated with us or the other agent as she was to busy with her children at home and at the park or pool. Never heard from her when we closed, no thanks no nothing after closing. When you are paying over 13k for a agent they should follow through to the end of the transaction. We ended up loosing money to the buyers but I firmly believe the amount we lost was due to her not trying for us.
