I cannot say enough good things about Etsuko and Yoko, and I am so grateful to have been referred to Etsuko by a colleague. As a first time home buyer, the paperwork at first was daunting, however, Etsuko took the time to sit down with me and walk through every single line of the contract and answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!). Etsuko and Yoko clearly demonstrated their high level of experience and knowledge, and were able to answer any questions my wife and I had throughout the whole process with great clarity. Etsuko's experience also shown through when she could clearly explain to me the pros and cons of the different areas in Oahu, and then even go into the nuances on a variety of different things unique to those different areas. Another item that demonstrated Etsuko and Yoko's high level of professionalism and caring was that they made themselves always available to my wife and I via a group text, were never out of reach, were always very responsive to questions and concerns. We never had to wait very long at all to hear back throughout the whole process. As I am currently in the continental U.S., I was unable to do walk throughs in person with my wife and Etsuko. Etsuko recorded every single one, even the various inspections as well, and uploaded them all to youtube for me so I could view them as well! Another example (of many) of Etsuko going above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation. Etsuko also did a fantastic job negotiating and getting me an amazing deal on our new home. My wife and I are still in disbelief that we were able to negotiate to get our house at the price point we did. Etsuko and Yoko handled the whole process so well, went above and beyond, and everything went smooth without any issues. If we ever sell or buy again, we absolutely will be working with Etsuko's team again, and we will definitely be referring her to our family and friends. My wife and I cannot recommend Etsuko and Yoko enough. Easy 5/5 stars!
