•Love the condo but living here for 6 months came into alot of issued prior owner hir unlicensed plumber to fix the leaks from the bathroom that was going to downstairs condo money out pocket to hire licensed plumber and her stated the leaks has been going longer then 6 months. The light fixture hire license electric and now bulb went out and no way to replace the bulb due to light fixture cement. Shock the appraiser and inspection didn't catch this items. HOA associates with sentry Management past due bills and owners being charged more associated , reserves on to for 2024 no way I can with one income paid HOA board members are scammers and not looking after the owners!!! 2024 will be hard paying or forcluser.. Lord give me strength
