Our experience with Oscar was perfect. We expected our home buying process to be very stressful but it was not. It was very smooth! We are so pleased that they helped out us out throughout the process as a first time buyer. We thank Oscar and his team!!!
Oscar was recommended to me by a mutual friend and from the very beginning of my home buying process Oscar was extremely professional, reliable and hard working. It was very easy to work with him because he is extremely knowledgeable and also very responsive to texts, calls and emails. He has a lot of experience selling homes and it is evident by his knowledge and his network. He made buying a home very, very easy and made sure to have my best interest in mind during any negotiation about the home during the buying process. I would HIGHLY recommend Oscar to anyone looking to buy a home. After having dealt with other real estate agents in the past, I only plan to work with Oscar if I purchase another house.
Oscar Colato and Team were a pleasure to work with. I am so thankful my friend referred me to him. He made my first time home buying experience wonderful. He understood my urge to find my ideal home quickly and close before my desired date. Oscar was able to find me a loan with low interest rate, no down payment and no closing cost. He is really friendly, knowledgeable and professional it was a pleasure working with him. I will always be grateful he made my home buying experience awesome. I would recommend Oscar to anyone!
Oscar and his team helped me buy my first house stress free, they always answered all my questions and gave me many advices that made the purchasing a lot easier for me. The best realtor team in phoenix.
Oscar Colato and Team are a wonderful group of individuals who are very patient throughout the whole process. I have proudly recommended these great people to friends and will continue to do so any chance I get. " Keep up the good work"!
Oscar and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our home. He sold our home in 15 days after it had been on the market for 90 days with another realtor. We lived in a different state therefore it was very hard for us to get the house ready and look presentable for a sale. Oscar helped us hire a landscaper and a maintenance guy to get the house set up. I will trust him with all of my future real estate needs. I highly recommend him.
Oscar assisted me with buying my home in 2011. At the time I began my search for a home, I was renting and living in the Valley. At the end of my rental agreement, I went out of state and stayed with a friend, while I continued my search. Oscar's professionalism, integrity, and dedication in helping me find just the right home for my needs was amazing, especially given that I was out of state! He always responded to my questions in a timely manner and if my questions required research, Oscar went above and beyond to help answer them. The home buying experience can be stressful, but Oscar patiently helped me navigate through the process to closing. Oscar does not just "talk the talk;" he "walks the walk" in his dedication to his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
