Muchas gracias
We were referred to Michelle by friend's she had previously helped years back with their first home. It was a great experience working with her, we were able to get all our costs covered, and our dream home in one month with no problems. We were informed every step of the way and felt comfortable with the process because of her.
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Michelle! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. No matter how many houses we wanted to see—or how far across the valley they were—she was always ready and willing, never once making us feel like a burden. She spent countless hours helping us explore every option, always with a smile and a calm, reassuring presence. Her dedication didn’t stop at showings either—she was constantly working behind the scenes, negotiating and advocating for us, making sure we got the best possible deal and were informed every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. But what truly touched our hearts was the moment we finally found the one. When we walked into our new home, we were absolutely blown away—she had decorated it with the most thoughtful and creative welcome home decor. It was such a personal, beautiful gesture that made us feel incredibly special and reminded us just how lucky we were to have her by our side throughout this journey. If you're looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile (and then some), treat you like family, and make your home-buying experience unforgettable—look no further. We are beyond grateful and recommend her 1000%!
Contacted Colato Team in a bind, as my home would soon be heading in to foreclosure. From the very beginning the team showed us kindness, patience, and exuded diligent work ethics which shown through their outstanding knowledge and going above and beyond with everything they did for us. We felt comfortable, safe, and always felt good with any decision because of the trust that was built with the team. We were backed in a corner and the team successfully sold our house with no issues, in fact we even closed early! Thank you again Team Colato, special kudos to Oscar & Jank!! My experience working with Jank & Oscar was very delightful had a ton of knowledge and insight on how the process works especially being first time homebuyers we weren’t very certain about when the right time to buy a house was but Jank was very patient & Gave us the opportunity to reach out when we were ready.
Oscar was very honest and transparent, which helped temper our expectatios so that we could get a profitable sale in a timely manner in a market where that doesn’t come easy. Oscar went above and to prep our home as well as market the home. We would highly recommend Oscar if you are buying or selling a home!
Muy profesionales y atentos preparados para todas las cosas que se puedan presentar en el proceso muy agradecido por todo su apoyo para cumplir mi sueño muchas gracias
