Favorite Realtor Helps Me Buy My Dream Home!

Maureen Clark and Tim Clark were a great help recently in buying my dream home in Castle Rock, CO. Maureen has been my favorite realtor for years, since 2008, and has assisted me with buying four homes over the years. This summer I unexpectedly found my dream home on Zillow in Castle Rock. I called Maureen and she made time in her busy schedule to show it to me. Maureen is very knowledgeable in the housing market. She looks out for her buyers through the inspection process, providing expert contractor help in solving any inspection issues. She is a fantastic guide through the loan process, as well as in meeting all deadlines in the closing process. I know that I can count on her to give her honest opinion on a housing purchase. She is always kind, professional, efficient, and friendly. She takes the worry out of buying a home. Maureen has also assisted me with selling homes. She is very thorough in getting the house ready for market, giving advice on how to improve the home for sale, researching the neighborhood to fairly price the house, and advertising to reach buyers. She has excellent experience in both buying and selling homes. Maureen is a joy to work with in both the buying or selling process. I can recommend her as a dependable and honest realtor.
