Mike was fantastic! He sold my home is less than 5 days. He is knowledgeable, responsive, creative and made the whole process seamless and easy, which was extremely important to me given my busy schedule. Not only is he a true professional, he is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly and would definitely work with him again. In fact, I am. If I could give Mike more than 5 stars, I would. I truly can't imagine having a more responsible, knowledgeable, professional, and personable broker. He made looking for a place--which can be stressful--fun. His thoroughness alleviated any worries I had, allowing me to focus on what I wanted with a clear head. He is a naturally likable person (zero smarm!) but, more importantly, he is effective--an expert negotiator who doesn't pull punches and will fight for his clients in order to ensure the best results. Brokerage fees are high, but Mike earned every penny I paid him--he deserved it! If you're looking to sell or buy a place, do yourself a favor and hire this guy as a your broker. You will not regret it!
