•Over the summer I abruptly decided to relocate back to the south and put my home in MD up for sale. I met Shanazar and she advised me on the process and things that were needed to get my home sold as quickly as possible. We encountered some bumps with the first few buyers but she reassured me that everything would be OK. A few months later, my home was sold and I was able to move on with my life. Shanazar did a great job being my eyes and ears while I was not in town and I even settled without having to physically be there.
