•Dawn was a pleasant surprise from the first day we met her at an open house that we randomly decided to drop in. We talked about our plans for us to move to the area, time frames, etc. Dawn took our contact information and when the new year came around, she reached out to see if we were still moving forward with our plan, the time frame and how could she help us make the transition easier. Dawn has been a positive asset to us through the entire process. She has a positive mindset, she's open and honest and she spent hours with me looking at houses, driving around, sending listings for me to look at. Dawn was real, she gave the pros and cons, she listened to what we were going through, she offered help and became a friend. We consider ourselves lucky that we found Dawn and got to work with her! We will recommend Dawn to anyone we know moving to the area, or those looking to sell and buy. We would definitely use Dawn again, her knowledge of the area helped us find a new home that we can create lasting memories in as a family.
