Jay is the man! I bought a house 3 years ago with Jay and now used him to sell that one and upgrade. Super thorough, professional, always on time, not afraid to tell you his opinion but also will listen to you. Honest about issues and helps you understand what is a big deal and what's not, what is a deal breaker or not. Wouldn't buy a house in the area with anyone else!
